When you're feeling lost...

True clarity isn't always easy to decipher on your own. Asking questions is part of it but when our fears and insecurities appear sometimes we can't see so clearly. If there is something I have learned along the way it's the importance of seeking support in these moments. Here we are offered a alternative perspective when we are in the depths of ourselves and can't see a path.

 

I remember moments when I was given a gem of wisdom that shifted everything. When people in my life held space for me: to explore, seek and question. Patiently they waited for me to see clearly. This process can't be rushed. It requires fostering a safe space for investigation where both guide and guided are able to express freely and openly with authenticity. This is the place where I was free to move forward into my new approach on my journey; a more holistic, liberated and balanced view where I could find a firm foundation. A place where we listen to our intuition and are able to trust ourselves, here we can let go and be present in this moment. Here is the place where we find the freedom to create.

HOW DOES IT WORK? 

Each program is divided into 3 Phases...

 

Phase I: Let's Begin 

This is where we  learn about you and collaboratively develop your own unique plan. There is no one quite like you so let's develop a plan that works specifically for you!

Phase II : Fresh Perspective

Once we have learned the main areas of focus we start to deeply investigate and explore who you are so we can access your most authentic self. This is where you really begin to find clarity.

Phase III: Moving Forward
At this point we've been digging deep and learning who you really are--so much so that you are making big breakthroughs and your direction is really becoming clear. This self-knowledge brings you a clear path forward and the freedom you desire.

WHAT DOES A SESSION LOOK  LIKE? 


It is recommended that each session begin with a RESET activity. Learn more about that below.

Once you reset, we EXPLORE through collaborative investigation. We dive deep into the themes we have designated as focal points. Themes such a boundary related concerns, limited belief systems, relationship dynamics, and more. 

This all happens while experiencing the SUPPORT you need to expand, grow, and see clearly. 

By the end of session, we find a clear DIRECTION for the next session and how best to move forward into the upcoming week. This may include suggested activities that you can engage with over the week or it may just be suggested that you let go and allow the information to settle in. 

Introducing Reset

Center yourself prior to session through simple, yet powerful movement and breath techniques. 

Rather than jumping from one task to the next, slow down and ground yourself so you are able to fully benefit from your session. Release the residue from the last interaction, task or activity.

But who has the time to think about that? 

Not many of my client do...

Preparation is something I do before each session and is something I offer to you 15 minutes prior to session so you can come in relaxed and ready. 

This is why I am excited to offer this optional add-on service created by Marina Kenny, a colleague and movement specialist in both dance and yoga. She has developed a series of short videos specially designed to help bring clarity as you prepare your body and mind for our session. 

Quieting ourselves can support our best work when we seek deep exploration.
